Based on Dr. Eric Berne’s theory of transactional analysis, our proprietary Multi-Rater Personality Inventory™ reveals how an individual’s personality dictates their communication, management and leadership styles and preferences.
Mathematical values measure thinking, feeling and choice of action — and reveal how a person is likely to respond to individuals, circumstances and their environment.
Combined with a self-esteem audit, the MRPI measures tangible attributes around stress responses, assertiveness, outward and inward expression, and emotional reactions.
