Which program is right for me?
betterLEADER is our flagship — 5 in-person days over 2.5 months with the MRPI Assessment and AI coaching credits, built for leaders and those about to lead. betterCOMMUNICATION runs as 5 weekly live virtual sessions focused on communication under pressure. The Online edition covers the same betterCOMMUNICATION frameworks, self-paced. The comparison table above shows everything side by side.
How does registration and billing work?
Online registration is tentative pending a deposit; an invoice is emailed within 2 business days to complete registration. For corporate billing, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due on the first day of training (or by PO arrangement). Full details are in our registration policies.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations more than 30 days before training carry no fee. Inside 30 days a tiered fee applies (10% → 100% within 24 hours), and participant substitutions are always free. Where possible we accommodate date changes. See the full cancellation policy.
What if I need a refresher later?
That is what the Free-Peat Guarantee is for: retake your course at any public session within 12 months of completion at no cost. And if a trained employee leaves your company within a year, we train their replacement at 50% off.
