Greg Witz
President & CEO
Greg's mission centers on helping people improve themselves. He has built Witz Education around "MAKING HUMANS BETTER HUMANS" for over 30 years. As an entrepreneur, thought leader, author, mentor and father, Greg blends psychology and communication expertise with practical business acumen.
He has worked with clients ranging from startups to the White House. He created the betterHUMAN program and hosts the betterHUMAN Podcast. Greg authored Lead, Follow or Get Out of the Way.

Our facilitators bring considerable business experience to every program. Each completes formal practicums in assessment, evaluation, learning styles, and facilitation — plus deep training in the behavioral psychology that forms the foundation of Witz programs.
Julie Fotheringham
Certified Executive Coach & Senior Leadership Facilitator
Julie has impacted C-level leaders, entrepreneurs and managers through customized Experiential Leadership Development Programs. Her background includes executive roles in both entrepreneurial ventures and Fortune 100 companies in healthcare and CPG sectors.
She has developed workshops on The Power of Liminal Space, effective team dynamics, Enneagram introduction, and coaching culture creation.
Karen Scott
Champion of Organizational Transformation & Inclusive Leadership
Karen brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership and was named Canada’s Most Admired Chief People and Culture Officer in 2025. At Softchoice since 2019, she treated culture as a competitive advantage and proved it — moving the company from #46 to #5 on Canada’s Great Place to Work ranking and lifting employee engagement from 74% to 82%.
She guided Softchoice through its 2021 public offering and its 2025 acquisition by World Wide Technology, holding culture steady through both. Her inclusion work — the Work.Your.Way flexible model, a Leadership Academy that trained over 300 leaders, and Inclusion Accelerator training completed by more than 1,500 employees — raised gender diversity in leadership from 32% to 40%. Earlier she was the first Chief Human Resources Officer at sgsco, leading a transformation across 28 countries, and spent 13 years at Mosaic building Mosaic University and Mosaic Cares.
Stephen Friedman
Master Facilitator & Coach
Stephen specializes in applied psychology and corporate education with extensive training, coaching, research/assessment and program design experience. He holds an M.A. in Applied Psychology from University of Toronto and an Honours B.A. in psychology.
He teaches part-time at Schulich School of Business at York University, lecturing on human resource management and organizational behaviour.
Aidan Lazzarotto
Coach & Community Manager
Aidan brings professional coaching experience alongside background in sales, communications and entrepreneurship. He serves as advisor for leaders, founders and business owners across North America and Europe.
His work focuses on communication, critical thinking, decision-making, strategic planning and stress management. His approach draws from over two decades studying mindfulness, Stoicism and personal development.
Nancy Dewar, M.Ed, PCC
Executive Coach & Keynote Speaker
Nancy facilitates international audiences through her experience and engaging style. She holds certifications as Executive Leadership Coach, PCC, mentor coach, and Sales Professional (CSP), plus a Master of Education. She specializes in leadership development, culture transformation, change management, EQ, motivation and mindfulness.
She has facilitated internationally in Spain, Brazil, England, Germany, Thailand, China, Mexico and the U.S. She completed a TedTalk on "Trusting to Relearn your Instincts" and authored Coaching 101 and One Wild and Precious Life.
Nisa Krongold
Executive Coach & Leadership Consultant
Nisa is results-oriented with over 20 years global financial services experience as trusted HR advisor. She has counseled CEOs and senior executives, offering coaching while challenging assumptions and exploring new possibilities.
She facilitates insightful conversations generating practical solutions and helps clients think creatively beyond conventional approaches.
Karin Straub
Master Facilitator & Coach
Business Administration graduate from DHBW Ravenburg, Germany. Karin brings over 25 years in training and personnel development across Europe and North America.
She has worked and led teams in small businesses and international corporations. Her expertise spans communication, leadership and suitability diagnostics.
